We headed to @cirq.life for the World's Best Workouts episode 6! It was a tough one! We love the layout and organisation of equipment, everything is placed within arms reach! The video clips on the walls with exercises and countdown clock made sure we weren't ever stood wondering what we were meant to be doing, leaving the instructor time to go round correcting form and giving motivation.
